How I Acquired It: Walking through an estate sale, I discovered this eagle standing next to a few other novelty eagle figures. I picked it up, checked under the statue, did a quick search on Ebay, and discovered this thing was expensive. At the end of the sale I purchased it for a measly $10. Unfortunately the shipping was killing me. Because I didn't have a scale at the time I decided to go with the nearest post office, which was a mistake considering they charged me an extra $10 for being an express post office. Lesson learned: Buy a scale to do your own measurements, and that's exactly what I did.
